No, Yongan International Financial (Singapore) Pte Ltd are separate entity from China Xin Yongan Futures Company Limited and Yongan Futures Ltd. Hence account opened with other entity are not able to be use to trade with Yongan International Financial (Singapore) Pte Ltd and vice versa.

Only 4 types of mainland contracts are allowed to be traded by foreign entities, namely Iron Ore Futures contract in Dalian Exchange, Rubber Futures contract in Shanghai International Energy Exchange Co., Ltd, PTA Futures contract in ZhengZhou Commodities Exchange and Crude Oil Futures contract in Shanghai International Energy Exchange Co., Ltd. Please contact our sales team for assistance.

Yes, a minimum initial deposit of USD20,000 or its equivalent is required for opening an account.

Yongan International Financial (Singapore) Pte Ltd reserves the right to close any dormant account which has been inactive for 6 consecutive months.  A notice will be sent to you 2 weeks prior to your account closure.

Our office is open from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday except for public holidays. However, we do maintain our Dealing support till 10.30pm (SGT) daily should you have any queries or technical issues related to trading.

A daily activity statement will be sent to your registered email address by the next working day of your trade/transaction. You may request for a hard copy to be mailed to you with a nominal fees of SGD5 per statement.

Yes, it is possible provided the alternate front end of your choice can conform with our primary systems (E-sunny’s or CQG’s API). You will need to furnish us further details of your preferred front end before we can submit to our vendors for assessment to determine whether it is possible to connect.

Our two primary electronic trading front end systems are E-sunny and CQG. You have a choice between the two. Yes, presently we support physical delivery for SGX and APEX exchanges only.
